Liked: Perfect location, few steps from the train station and two blocks from the shops/restaurant street. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Great option !!! Note they don't serve breakfast, however, plenty of options nearby.

Disliked: The bed was soft and uncomfortable. The room was dark and tiny. The window was not clean

Liked: I loved how we were able to communicate via text message. It made the experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. They were very helpful when I asked questions. And it was also nice to be able to park at the meters since we got there late so we didn’t pay for valet, which was expensive to me or having to park in a parking garage. From eight at night until eight in the morning you can get free metered parking.
Disliked: Valet seemed a little expensive to me

Liked: Location is super!! Complimental water!
Disliked: One of the elevator was broken, and the long wait. The toilet paper holder was broken, which made the paper always slipping down. The body soap always empty, which was not refilled even after request.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The room was small but neat and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with really nice personal products. The complimentary water was a nice touch, and there was also a refrigerator. I really liked the Boston-themed wallpaper in the bathroom and the original stairway was beautiful. We walked down from the fourth floor every time.
Disliked: I would have preferred a coffee maker in the room but the kitchenette downstairs did provide free tea, hot water and cups. I didn't expect much of a view -- and didn't get one -- but would have liked a screen in the one small window to allow in fresh air. We did open it for short periods but closed it when we were gone, as there were obvious indications of birds using the sill.
