Ben, at check in, was...

Liked: Staff!!Only stayed one night due to family situation and staff was very helpful.

Exceptional

Passable.

Liked: The location and that the staff held our luggage after the check out.
Disliked: Size of the rooms is quite small. I appreciate we didn't go for the most expensive, but we couldn't really open our luggage on the floor without blocking the entire floor.

Liked: Location is excellent. Right in the centre of the city. Close to public transport

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no bar or restaurant inside the hotel.

Disliked: Room was on ground floor. Bit small and some of the facilities were clean but hard to work.

Liked: Location, location, location....unfortunately that's about it for what we liked
Disliked: Hotel is tired and in serious need of renovation. It's cute that they decorated with shabby chic "FOUND" theme but no amount of decoration can mask the old mattresses, clogged bathtub, broken sink stopper, zero counter space in the bathroom, no outlets anywhere near the desk, no USB ports, and painfully slow elevator (which forced us to walk up 5 floors rather than wait for eternity).
