Liked: Literally across the road from the Copenhagen train station, and central to EVERYTHING. Cute hotel with a lovely foyer.

Excellent location and staff; dire...

Liked: Hotel has excellent location literally outside the train station, close to metro, netto and fotex supermarkets and across the street from Tivoli gardens. Breakfast and the staff were wonderful. There was plenty of space in the rokm.
Disliked: The room interior is dated (60s or early 70s). Not attractive. You will hear the rumblimg of trains on the 4th floor

One night layover.

Liked: Directly across the street from the train station that we used to go to Sweden.

Very good

Liked: Location was very convenient for the central train station and Hop On Hop Off and within walking distance to many of the popular sights. The hotel decor is traditional with character which I like. Our basic twin room was very spacious. Tivoli Food Hall was right across the street where we ate several times. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but a second choice of pillow would be nice because not everyone likes a thin soft pillow.
Disliked: The only issue was we had a room with a tub/shower combination but there was no stopper in the tub so we could only use the shower, not a big deal. We did notify the front desk but never did get a plug for the tub, maybe because it was a weekend? The bathroom was roomy but in need of renovation (chipped tiles, stains)

Liked: The breakfast was very good (a lot of food options), and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: I liked the location, the food, the room (it was very big), and the staff.
