Great location, good breakfast and...

Liked: The hotel's location right by the central station is so helpful! the breakfast is varied and tasty I also appreciated there being ginger shots available! The beds are comfortable and the room was a nice comfortable temperature either through air con or opening a balcony door. The train noise is minimal considering our room was right next to the tracks!Staff were very helpful and there was no problem with our lack of language skills as all staff we spoke to had excellent English (meanwhile all we could say in Danish was 'Tak' (thank you).
Disliked: The mattress was stained but for context we were staying on a floor which was due for recordation which was clearly signed in the lift. No bin in the toilet (not the worst thing but would have been useful to keep certain waste separated).Don't necessarily trust check-out until 12:00 we left our room on our last day for a morning walk around the city but couldn't get back into the room at 11:45! so had to get the receptionist to reactive our room card to retrieve our luggage to leave.
