Liked: The location was great (right next to the station and Tivoli). The staff was also very helpful. All in all, the price definitely reflected the value that we got.
Disliked: It was quite noisy being so close to the central train station, with trains going in and out 24/7

Perfect hotel to tour Copenhagen...

Liked: Wonderful premises, super comfortable beds, incredible bar! Overall an incredibly convenient hotel to tour Copenhagen. The nearby train station is barely audible in the middle of the night and did not disturb our sleep at all.
Disliked: One minor nit would be the shower, the glass sealant was mostly broken and could use some cleaning.

Best city center hotel.

Liked: The location is excellent for the city center. Right next to Tivoli Gardens and the Jump On -Off bus.
Disliked: The staff was was dcellent.

A reasonable hotel at a...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. All the sightseeing and shopping places were reachable on foot with no trouble. Our window overlooked the central station, but there was no disturbing noise from outside, except early morning when people were returning from the Meatpacking district (Kødbyen). Really fresh tasty bread and buns for breakfast.
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness, especially in the breakfast area, where chairs had really unpleasant spots on them. The breakfast was abundant, but the food that was supposed to be warm, was cold, and cold bacon is not really tasty, as you understand. We expected more from the 4-star hotel for the money we paid.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was great, especially the salmon, the vegan sausage and the brown bread loaf.I loved the dumbbells in the room. I used them.
Disliked: The remote control for the TV didn’t work properly - but it was swiftly replaced after I mentioned it. Also one of the two power points at the desk in the room was damaged (I informed them).

Just Average

Liked: Location is great, just by the central train station. If you're planning to go to Tivoli garden and stay until closing time to watch the illumination then this hotel is so convenient, it's on the block next to Tivoli garden.
Disliked: The room is quite dark. The bathroom is brighter than the actual room :(
