Very good

Liked: Great view over the water.Very nice hotel
Disliked: Location may be good for Tivoli theme park but is a 20-30 minute walk for most other locations.Breakfast was far too expensive to include with our room

Comfortable stay by the sea....

Liked: Comfortable beds, location by water and facilities to swim in the sea
Disliked: Room decor was dated nd average shower

Liked: - The hotel was in a great area, right by the water- The hotel was safe- The room was cosy, relatively large and the beds were comfortable. The style of the room was more on the older side.- The lobby area was great and there were beautiful seats to sit outside and look at the water - The hotel let us check in early which was great- The robot in the lobby was an interesting addition to the hotel
Disliked: - We had a negative experience with this hotel where there was an issue where the bath tub water was not draining. We called reception at 8.30pm for the issue to be fixed and reception said housecleaning would be up to our room immediately to fix the issue. Unfortunately no one arrived to fix the bathtub. We had to keep calling reception numerous times and make two trips to reception late at night over the next two hours for the issue to be fixed. Housecleaning only arrived at 10.45pm to fix the issue. We messaged the hotel about this bad experience - they took around a day to respond - they were very apologetic (which was appreciated) and they offered us complimentary breakfast, but we couldn’t use it as we were checking out early the next day. The hotel should have better processes so it doesn’t take two hours to fix a relatively minor issue.

It was fine

Liked: The proximity to the Baltic and ability to swim daily with local people.The staff were lovely and the facility is nice but room carpets are overdue for a refresh (stained and dirty looking)
Disliked: The breakfast is VASTLY overpriced for the items offered and the room carpers need a refresh. Not close to needed public transport (train, metro)
