Liked: Location is excellent, city sightseeing bus stops right infront of the hotel, very convenient. turnaround cleaning service was good.
Disliked: Staff are not welcoming, rude and impolite! Very less smiles or conversations! Reception to breakfast service to lounge bar people are impolite and service is slow!

Location is super nice and...

Liked: The views from the hotel are amazing and the room size is great, super spacious. To visit Nyhav (one of the main attraction) you can take a boat from almost right in front of the hotel and enjoy beautiful views from the lake. The red sightseeing bus also stops nearby. Plus they are pet friendly
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great.
