Liked: Staff and amenities were amazing! The king size bed was so high - I felt like a princess.

Loved the spa!
Liked: The room and spa were very nice.
Disliked: I had a confirmed early check-in but when I arrived (at my noted early time), there weren't any rooms ready and I had to wait 2+ hours for the room. I would have preferred they just denied the early check-in so I could have made alternate arrangements instead of sitting in the lobby and cafe for that long.

Quiet and comfortable stay for...
Liked: Comfy beds, nice linens, quiet, beautiful grounds.
Disliked: Dimly lit rooms, minimal services, the pool isn't kid-friendly (lap pool for the athletic center), and room service is non-responsive (I was asked to leave a message on a Tuesday evening around 6 pm and never did receive a call back. Grubhub to the rescue!)
