good facility. would stay again,...

Liked: clean, good location and easy to use facilities
Disliked: staff not present during check in hours, staff not answering phone during these hours, phone was behind the desk. eventually someone who was not staff but claimed to know the owner gave me the keys to my room.

Comfortable Coolum Retreat

Liked: The easy access to the beach and shops ,car security and quiet and peaceful location. The staff member was very informative and welcoming.
Disliked: I had to leave after 2 nights, would have been nice to stay a week.
