CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha

Great comfortable hotel.

Liked: The location was very good. Just next to central. Atocha is a very cool neighbourhood with lots of eateries. Open through Easter. The bed was supremely comfortable and we loved the high ceiling and great air conditioning.
Disliked: The bathroom was rather cold during this cool spring. Would appreciate a second luggage rack ( but this applies everywhere). A towel heater rack would be nice.

Liked: Nice room, comfortable beds, great showers and very nice staff. Lots of nice touches including several gifts and packs for the children.
Disliked: If you like blackout rooms a night its not great. Light through yhe bathroom and from green emergency light on ceiling. Also brrakfast serving was very very slow. You need paience in the restaurant, for dinner too, so not great with small kids.

Liked: The hotel gave an amazing feeling. The vide was very relaxing and pampering, the facilities were everything we could wish for. The staff even brought colouring book , colours and the Teddy bear for our kid, and set up a tipi for her. The best thing was B&O speaker, adding to the overall comfort. We loved everything!A special note about the breakfast: it's served in the patio, and is overall very good for 25 euro pp. You can order any number of plates you want (that includes fruits, jamon, baked goods, yogurt and eggs). We found it it tasty and satisfying.The area around was very safe, and it was a 5-10 min walking to almost everything

Relaxing stay at a beautiful...

Liked: It’s an unpretentious hotel near Atocha train station. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. This trip they upgraded my room to a suite and it was greatly appreciated after a difficult day of travel. Love this hotel.
