Liked: Service at the hotel was excellent from pre-bookingoffsite parking, taking the car there and back and even returning it with a clean windshield to theeasy check-in and assistance with every enquiry.The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and even though we were in a great city locationwas quiet at night.From the hair dryer and straightener to the toiletriesprovided all were 5*.
Disliked: The room lighting did seem to be a little over complicated.

Disliked: Lighting in room extremely dim - even the bathroom did not have enough light to be able to properly get ready in the mornings. Mirror in bathroom inset into wall (so too far away) and placed too high - all for aesthetics and not for practicality at all. -Lack of power outlets in room-Room was hot - A/C not strong enough for hot summer days

This hotel was a major...

Liked: Whilst located in the center of the bustling tourist area, this hotel was peaceful and quiet. We were able to access all major attractions by foot, which we feel is the best way to explore the city.
Disliked: Our room (suite- room 24) was genuinely perfect: silent/ comfortable bed/ efficient AC, but if there was anything I needed to critique (and it was a struggle to think of anything) it would be the limited amount of daylight in the suite (physically impossible to create more) and the shower water temperature fluctuating between hot/cold whilst in use. These criticisms are so minor though, I really had to think hard about what to write in this section….

You must stay here!

Liked: Every thing was perfect! The location, the amazing staff, the room, the pool area in the evening, the restaurant food & service, the amazing attention to detail. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Madrid!!!
