Liked: I stay at Cool Palms when I go to Mackay and it's close to everything I need, the place is clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying there

Basic motel for overnight stay.

Liked: Late check in available, there is a phone number posted at the reception. You can park outside your room.
Disliked: I stayed at this motel three years ago and now it is quite run down. I just needed a basic room for the night while on the road and it was fine for that but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.
