Liked: "I recently stayed at Cool Palms Motel and had a wonderful experience! The motel's location is perfect for exploring Mackay, with easy access to Caneland Central Shopping Centre and other local attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and lovely garden views.The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the motel's facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the complimentary private parking and 24-hour reception.

Liked: Ben and his wife are always so accommodating and friendly..we stay here regularly and are always looked after. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for money and close to the CBD.
