Liked: It was a really bad experience It was our anniversary and when we arrived,it was such a disappointment The room was very dirty,linen and floor and bathroom with stains on the floor and linenPlus ants on the bed and cupboardsWe couldn't stay because it was so dirty and we left around 2200So disappointment Instead of celebrating, we were so sad and disappointed And when i senthwm an email,they ignore meHow rude is that?To paly with people's money and emotions?????
Disliked: The least they can do an apology and a refund

Liked: Great location.Functional rooms Occasionally a bit noisy but that's a guest thing not the accommodation's fault.
Disliked: Would be nice if both dryers in the laundry worked.

Liked: Very disappointed.
Disliked: NO WORKING TELEVISION!The overall apartment was not in a suitable standard.The balcony was filthy with dead cockroaches in door frame, old cigarette package left on balcony floor along with dirt & a brown rusty chair to sit on.. The inside walls marked with scuffs & marks. Finally, no contact made to me with check-in details until after 2pm ( check-in time ). I had to call the listed number asking why I had not received my door code at time of check-in. The person I spoke to seemed to be a call centre which seemed to be based overseas as both agents I spoke to were Philippine nationals. At the time of call, I was waiting at apartment but could not access even though it was available to check-in.I am a Genius Level 3 member with Booking.com & travel frequently. This is real disappointed.Photographs are attached to this ‘Rating Of Accommodation’.

Liked: Terrible place falsely advertised. Minuscule room unusable amenities difficult to park overpriced woeful customer service ridiculous 9 digital key pad entry code room full of spiders on the ceiling

Liked: Lovely private and secure apartment located very close to amenities and the beach. Only walking distance to Clovelly and Coogee, and buses to Bondi Junction or CBD. Great wifi, lots of storage space, very clean, and good cooking facilities.
