Disliked: Overall we were happy, not inclined to use balcony as it was close to road and on ground floor.

Lovely apartment in Coogee

Liked: Gorgeous room, great location ( but on top of a massive hill!) There is facilities to wash your clothes also.
Disliked: Only thing I would say is we had our room cleaned but they did not replace the toilet roll which meant we had to wait until the next time for them to come back.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is great, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean
Disliked: I was supposed to be able to check in at 2pm, but didn’t receive a text with the code for the door until 3:20pm. The first room I was given had a faulty door and wouldn’t lock. When I rang to let the company know they told me that they have text the manager and we’re awaiting a response.Later I was told that I could move into another room, but then the code I was given for the door to the new room didn’t work, and had to wait on hold again while trying to get a new code for the room.The room was nice and the bed was comfy but it was missing basic things such as toilet roll.

Liked: Rooms were dirty, bathroom had mould. The pateo floor and furniture were filthy. Broken door lock leading to balcony meant room was unlocked all the time. Customer service was very poor and didn’t attempt to resolve issues. Very expensive rooms for what you get. Will not be coming back!

Liked: Location good -
Disliked: Unit was dirty. Lots of dirt on floors which you did not realise until you took shoes off and walked around in socks. Rubbish bins dirty, on top and stains where they sat on ground- courtyard was disgusting no chance of sitting outside, mould, filthy dirty, was hoping the rain would have cleaned it a bit but it didn’t.Kitchen was ok - bed was just ok - maybe a topper on mattress you could consider to make bed more comfortable. First time stayed not value for $.
