Disliked: Cancelation policy. Due to an error in booking (our error) and booking only solo room we werent able to stay as a couple. Hotel has charged us for the full amount for no stay. Complete waste and awfull experience. Giving a 2 instead of 1 as mistake was original ours but unfo. there was no support in trying to resolve positively. We had only two options cancel (pay in full) or wait at least an hour and pay for 2 solo rooms (resulting in paying double for poor experience). Decision was to change hotels.

Liked: Staff was super helpful, with directions, booking restaurants, etc. Breakfast has lots of variety. Bar is excellent.
