wonderful break in the heart...

Liked: I can’t believe how much we lucked out with this property. We caught the train from Paris and couldn’t believe our luck when we could see the hotel from outside the station. location was fantastic, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and facilities were great, I loved the infrared sauna.
Disliked: nothing

Disliked: We asked to book a restaurant - girl at the reception said “number is not working, walk there yourself”. I called a number and booked . Strange service. No mini bar or fridge in the room.

I loved the hotel

Liked: The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Its convenient location within walking distance of the cathedral, restaurants, and other amenities was a significant plus. Additionally, the room was exceptionally quiet, clean, and equipped with a super comfortable bed.The breakfast was not only delicious but also generously served. However, the most remarkable aspect of the hotel was its exceptional customer service.
