Liked: It was clean and the staff was great.
Disliked: Although the bed linens were clean, due the muggy climate they retained a slight mildew aroma. This is common in many hotels located in muggier climates though.

Disliked: . For how cheap the hotel was, I wasnt expecting much but I was expecting more than I got. Saw multiple roaches, room reaped of cigarette smoke and highway noise was pretty disturbing.

Disliked: Only Thing I Didn't Lik Was That I Wasn't Able 2 Get A Smokin Room So I Had 2 Walk Outside Every Time I Wanted 2 Smoke

Liked: It's on the main street to everywhere in Kenner.
Disliked: It's kinda tricky to get in and out of. One way in and out.

Disliked: For a hotel rated where it was I expected a no frills clean experience not a place that required every adult to get their IDs scanned, place treated my wife child and myself as if we were some shady drug dealers. Do not recommend to anyone

Liked: It was close to the airport... but it was not clean, staff was rude, lock on door didn't work, and staff did not accommodate people with disabilities.
Disliked: The staff was rude when I was trying to explain my disabilities and how they could properly accommodate me. There was no manager. The lock on the door didn't work. The lobby was extremely dirty. The rooms were not completely clean, especially the shower.

Disliked: I am pregnant and the air conditioning dog not work in the room. We could not afford another hotel that night.The front desk attendant didn't get us another room and told us there was nothing she could do about that.We were restless all night.Never again!
