Conscious Hotel Westerpark

Passable

Disliked: We were three persons in one room and the pictures I got when booking the room showed two rooms . Also there was a party in the park and the sound of the music was disturbing .?

Very good

Liked: Staff was super always there to help you with any problems called you a cab or uber. Huge soaking tub. Breakfast buffet pretty good. The park out the front door was lovely.
Disliked: No alarm clock or tissues in the room

Will definitely stay here again....

Liked: Coming from America, the pictures online really undersold the hotel. My group thought the hotel was beautiful and the downstairs bar service was incredible.

Liked: Everything was great. The room was big and spacious which was amazing. And the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The location was beautiful. Easy walk to the city but away from the hustle and bustle which I loved.

great location but rubbish service

Liked: The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great. The bathroom is tired and the shower not working properly. but worst is that I had paid for breakfast (but forgotten this) and NOWHERE does it even mention that they do breakfast!
Disliked: I hate having to do my own checkin and checkout - and the staff are quite disinterested in helping....

Nice building and room, but...

Liked: Excellent location and very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice shower.
Disliked: I was staying at room 228, there was a constant noise coming from the air extraction system, that kept us awake many times throughout the night even wearing earplugs. Not much could have been done, because it seems to be something internal, not managed by any interruptor or switch. The noise was something annoying but the room was lovely. So the quality of the sleep was pretty bad.

Good

Liked: The location was great. I was there for work, and having the opportunity to scroll through the park as I went to and back from my work meetings was lovely, very relaxing. I wish I could have spent more time in the park itself!
Disliked: The restaurant which the hotel partners with closes at 6pm most nights and it was raining in the evening throughout my stay. The staff was really helpful in suggesting places to go to, but I would have expected a hotel in a capital city to have dinner services open any day of the week.
