Liked: Easy check in modern clean design
Disliked: The rooms has no cooling as was 28 degrees throughout the night. Made it impossible for me to sleep

Exceptional

Liked: Great size room, very modern and clean. Staff were great , we were at first level so we had small backyard which was great
Disliked: It might not be a big deal but it was 20-30 min ride to old town and sight seeing area in Amstrdam. But location was really nice in general. It is 5 min walk. To museum district and public transportation.

Greenwashing dissapointment

Liked: The room design and layout / the architect/designer did a decent job - nothing to to with the hotel management or owners. The room is not being cleaned properly, lots of hairs and spiders/insects and cobwebs. This doesn’t happen with the correct routine cleaning.
Disliked: Almost everything else was a let down, from the arrival and the rude Indian woman to the disaster that they call breakfast, to the setup and furniture in the common areas, it’s not at all what you expect or what you are sold. Greenwashing garbage and one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The road is very noisy, the rumble of the trams is felt through not just the noise. I will avoid this and all their other hotels, these people do not care!
