We?ll be back at the...
Liked: Very clean room, brand new, spotless. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Excellent Valet parking. They need a better lighting system in the room, they are all connected, should be able to shut one light and keep on the other. Also, need better body soap, they gave us face soap only. Loved nespresso in the room and super cold A/C (always a plus). Did I say the room was spotless? Such an important factor! All in all a 10 hotel. We?ll definitely be back!

Good 4 star, not 5...
Liked: Food at both outlets was very good. The room was very good as well. Staff were great; seemed well-trained and attentive towards guests.
Disliked: 1) There should have been two bathrobes, not just the one, in the room. That attention to detail was lacking since they knew there would be at least two persons staying. 2) They took the trouble to ask which choice of wine we would like as a welcome gift for our anniversary; we requested rose and got something else entirely. 3) The Rooftop Bar aka The Summit closed early with no warning. This bar is/was one of the highlights of this establishment with great views of the city especially at night. When we finally figured out how to get there (see more about this below), there were no signs coming off the elevator saying the bar was closed. People were left to figure this out on their own after walking around and discovering locked doors. 4) They need to get their signage consistent and unambiguous. Is it The Rooftop Bar or The Summit. Pick one. We realized The Estuary restaurant was closed due to the pandemic but there should have been clear signage for The Lounge which stood in for the Estuary. We spent a lot of time going up and down different sets of elevators from the 3rd floor where you have to change elevators and finding the right elevator could be tricky. Getting to the bar at the top was also confusing because they had something called The Summit which turns out to also be The Rooftop Bar. Branding 101.All this may seem nit picky but what distinguishes a five star from the competition, especially in that area of town, are the details. Overall, this Conrad location lacks the attention to detail that would otherwise make for an excellent five star hotel focused on the nouveau riche. More of a 4 star for now, not ready for 5 star.

Liked: I like rooms! How the hotel looks?.
Disliked: The worst restaurant ever! The potato was uncooked. There was a photoset and I have been asked to move my ass twice, no, three times, to different locations. Even keeping in mind that the managers covered some of my food i completely unhappy with this 5* star hotel. Never ever will be here! What a shame!
