Disliked: Booked a king room for my honeymoon trip and was surprised that a queen room was given. When I called the front desk they said I booked through booking.com and that apparently bookings through third parties just reserve a room and not the specific type. It’s the first time I hear this although I used booking.com dozens of times and always got the specific room I booked and paid for. Very disappointing.

Superb

Liked: The staff was amazing and helpful. Also, the location was perfect for my purpose of visiting, going to the NBA game, shopping, and dining out. Everything was in walking distance.
Disliked: The fact that you weren't able to experience the roof views in the off-season was a bummer. I thought I would be able to go out there even though the bar was closed. That was actually one of rhe main reasons why I chose the hotel for my trip.
