Liked: the Staff was very helpful and very friendly. no complains about the people at the frontdesk, valet and the support from the Managment
Disliked: the logistics in this hotel a very confusing , for an event hotel the hotel should have a loading dock with a ramp to get crates unloaded the bar at the outside should be open at least till 10:00 PM they closed at 6:00for an event hotel local bars/restaurants had limited capacity to get all my clients (party of 6) seated

Liked: The hotel is very stylish and modern, with newly decorated rooms. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. Great place to stay if you have a car and spending time elsewhere in LA.
Disliked: Location, but that was known in advance. Not much to do in this area, only to get in the car and drive away.
