Liked: Reception Staff were excellent.
Disliked: Staff in your pub refused to let me sit in window with my friend as it was """booked"""" . But when another lady came in, they gave her the table, unbelievable. Alas she DID NOT have a reservation either.. Thought it was racism as I have been treated like that by people from Eastern Block before.

Amazing hotel, worth it!

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect, able to get around and see all the sights either by walking or jumping on the tube. Loved the lounge as well
Disliked: Disliked the pillows on the bed.

Disliked: They put me on room no. 151 and it was very noisy in early morning e.g. 06.00 and that woke me up.

Clean, comfortable and in close...

Liked: A comfortable room and friendly staff. Close to tourist attractions such as Big Ben, Hyde Park, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace. London taxis always on hand across the road to transport whenever needed too.
Disliked: Sadly The Pem restaurant was closed whilst I was there. I also was not informed that they served breakfast on the premises, so I went out and bought take away every morning. I felt housekeeping was a little too efficient in that my room was entered on at least 3 occasions on one day.
