Disliked: The front desk agent was disagreeable at check in. But we had had a long and arduous day dealing with my mother with alzheimer’s, so I let it go for the evening

Fab hotel

Liked: New, clean, great facilities and friendly staff
Disliked: Bit far away from centre especially when too hot to walk far

Liked: Location was at the north end of the strip and it was less busy that properties closer to the center of the strip / south end. The staff at the gym/valet/cleaners were great.
Disliked: The food options especially for breakfast was limited. On most days it ate at suns out buns out which was a very good affordable option but the menu was limited. Juniors was a bit more pricey with more options but the food was not as good. Front desk both front and back end need work with customer relations. Upon checkin i had a lovely lady help check us in however for check out the staff that we encountered were not accommodating at all. The day before check out i called to ask if we could request for a late checkout. I was told to call at 8am. My husband called and he told that we couldnt be accommodated because the hotel was at full capacity. I then proceeded to check room availability online and saw that there were at least a dozen rooms available on the same room category so i visited the front desk. In fact she confirmed that there are rooms available but she refused to accommodate my request (for even an hour) because she said they dont accommodate a late check out.. how confusing is that. Also upsetting. Imagine staying there for 9 nights and asking for something so small and it cant be accommodated. Eventually after my mom called to argue with them they gave a hour extension although we were never contacted and our checkout time changed so not sure if it was actually accommodated. We stayed here despite the bad reviews because we’ve always had a great experience with conrads around the world. Sad to say this turned us off so much. As a final note.. ive never seen a five star hotel especially a conrad not give water / coffee / tea to all rooms. Very shocking.

Disliked: Food court restaurants were mostly closed

Liked: New amazing hotel, very spacious room, lots of activities at the hotel, not overpriced like other hotels around, highly recommended!

Overall the stay was great....

Liked: The property was very nice, bright and clean. Easy to navigate. Rooms were large and comfortable.
Disliked: The pools were small. We booked a daybed at the main pool for one of the days and it had trash under it and all around it from the day before. It was quite expensive. $20 for an iced tea with no refills was a little silly.
