Not happy

Liked: The staff were so polite and attentive.
Disliked: The kits provided were supposed to be for 4, we got only for 1 person for 2 rooms. Each room has only 1 set of towels, the toilet was not sparkling clean especially the tub. Room smelled like a bit dusty. The chair was also dusty too not sure coz the other parts were darker in color compared to other parts of the chair. And the slippers were only one pair!!! The room we got was a king sized.

Good to stay but not...

Liked: Great location, decor and facilities in the rooms. Very welcome on reception.
Disliked: Terrible service in the bar. We waited for half an hour even asking for service - we only wanted a coffee and no one served us so had to leave and get a coffee somewhere else.
