Disliked: The pool was mediocre at best. There was no place to shower change after checking out. In my opinion crazy for a beachfront location. Over all very expensive for a nice but not luxury experience. Too expensive for what it was worth

No room service, very disappointing...

Liked: We never received room service.
Disliked: Nobody came to refresh our towels or clean our room. I had to call or ask someone in the hallway if I could get some coffee pods and towels.

Liked: Upscale property with spacious accommodations. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Despite the property’s upscale, adult feel, the pool was full of kids. One day at the pool, there was a DJ playing loud, obnoxious club music for hours. Many similar hotels we’ve visited play music that’s more appealable to the broad range of guests.
