Disliked: All great. A little bit on the expensive side but so is everywhere in Dublin.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The bathrooms were dated and needed updating. The rooms looked like they just got redone, but not the bathrooms. Ordered room service a plain cheese pizza (€22) a parmesan fries (€8) it took over an hour to come, the pizza was cold and had a metallic taste the fries were also cold and tasted like they weren't in date. Breakfast the next morning we were sat at a table that wasn't dressed properly we had to ask for cups, glasses etc all which other tables (that weren't occupied) already had. The table and windowsill next to the table was filthy, the buffet breakfast was disgusting, the rashers looks old and out of date the sausages tasted like really cheap produce as did the pudding, the pudding in particular was gummy it literally coated our teeth and gums like glue, it was just so horrible. They also have the cheek to uncharge an alecart menu which had pancakes etc for an extra €9 per breakfast.
