Anniversary break

Liked: Excellent location for National Concert Hall, food was lovely and reasonably, staff very friendly. Fabulous cocktails! Parking provided. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Really enjoyed our stay
Disliked: Room rate was expensive but that's the way it seems to be everywhere

Liked: I liked everything, we stayed there before, but it must have been around locked down as alot was Closed like bar ect, i felt it had a lovely air about it this time.
Disliked: Just thought it was v.expensive to stay, but goid value at the hotel, our price didnt include breakfast and for what we paid i really feel it should have.

Comfortable but expensive

Liked: Nice room, nice location and good breakfast
Disliked: Receptionist on arrival rather robotic and first question was a request for ID which was rather weird, before even asking our name. Mini bar prices were ridiculous and charging 4.50 for crisps just leaves a very bad taste. Also charging for parking leaves a feeling of the hotel taking as much money from you as they possibly can.

Liked: They arranged an early morning taxi ride for us to the airport and provided a boxed breakfast that was waiting for us at our departure at 4am. Nice touch!

The Conrad exceeded expectations in...

Liked: Everything! The room was better than advertised. The staff, all of them, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal in the restaurant after a very long day trip to Northern Ireland. Better than any other Hilton Hotel I ever stayed at!
Disliked: N/a

Daylight robbery

Liked: Location. Room a was a little tired looked well used.
Disliked: Breakfast in room. No butter milk or marmalade. Astronomical prices of fridge contents €3.50 for a small Snickers bar????????
