Not good at all

Liked: staff behavior and the smell when you enter the hotel.
Disliked: 1. We were told they will provide the parking for duration we will stay except holiday but when we arrived the parking were only for one day available.2. breakfast was not good, bread was not fresh, juice machine wasn't working one day, and only a few options for fruit was available.3. There were no air conditioning in the room when it was warm inside.4. Hand washing liquid was almost empty and never was refilled since they suggest no daily cleaning.5. only shampoo liquid was available and no lotion for skin and no conditioner.

Liked: Nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and great location with public transport nearby.
Disliked: The floor in the room was dirty. Under the bed we found a plastic box left by previous guests

Exceptional

Liked: My stay was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a great view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel!
