Liked: The hotel was great. I was surprised by how great because it was cheap. We arrived late and the staff were attentive. The room was fantastic, large, clean and modern. Even included tim tams.
Disliked: Nothing. It was fab.

It was beyond my expectations...

Liked: The ammenities in the room - heating & cooling - the layout of cupboard - desk - tv - balcony with table and chairs and house keeping services were amazing
Disliked: The front desk being shut in the morning was frustrating. A water jug or bottle for fridge would be good

Passable

Liked: It was very clean and at a great location. Small bottles of shampoo and body wash available with clean towels.
Disliked: We got the king bedroom however it was two beds put together and there was a hard section in between. Our room was also facing the inside of the floor which meant that we were next to the motor that was on and loud at all times. The room had a frosted window with bad natural lighting and made the room feel very stuffy - we had a look at other rooms which were facing the outside and would recommend you preference those if able as they were much nicer. I chose this accommodation as many reviews mentioned it was quiet and sound proof - at about 7/8 am on the tuesday morning there was a vibration through the floors/walls sounding like someone was speaking on the tv - likely from the downstairs bistro. I would not recommend this place if you are a light sleeper.

Liked: Newly renovated, good size room, very clean. Very surprised for a “pub”, more like a good motel
Disliked: Stayed Saturday and no breakfast available anywhere nearby on the Sunday morning.

Liked: We liked the convenience and secure parking, the room was lovely (king balcony suite), and the food was amazing.
Disliked: Unfortunately due to the public holiday.. staff seemed quite like they’d “had enough” because of the noise and amount of drunk patrons. But still tried their best to be helpful and friendly.I also witnessed a very drunk patron fall off his e-scooter coming out of the carpark into two people’s cars… just glad it wasn’t mine.
