Disliked: Our stay was absolute disaster in terms of value for money rate. For 360 EUR/day, it was absolutely unacceptable. It actually was like a 2-star hotel in the price level 80/day. The hotel is far away from the city center and any other restaurant, so you basically rely on its own restaurant. During our 4 day stay, the restaurant was 2 day closed for some private group or only offering extremely overpriced buffet meal eating at bar. Incompetent restaurant stuff - not capable of bring the right beer what was ordered and promising table reservation one day and when we come there was a sign that the restaurant is booked for private action. Rooms looking like a cheap 80 EUR style 2-star hotel. Room service only on explicit request or once in 3 days..... The hotel is overpriced for what it offers and only relies on the fact that it is close to exhibition center and people must go there.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Staff was not pleasant, rude already at check-in and they promised us multiple breakfast takeaways since we left before the breakfast opened but we did not receive anything and they couldn’t find any notes from this.They didn’t clean our rooms either even tho we kindly asked to get our rooms cleaned.
