Better than expected

Liked: Room was really big with three beds which took most of the space on the room but we didn't mind as the location was perfect in the city center, near Kinston city hall and with a car park just in front of the hotel. There's lot of restaurants near by and the lake is just on the back of the hotel. We had a city view room on the 6th floor with a really nice view. The hotel next door is the restaurant Lonely Star that we love so it was really convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast is a box even if you decide to eat there.Room is a bit old but for the price and location I don't mind at all and will stay there again next time I'm in Kingston

Disliked: Overpriced for what it is. No free parking and breakfast wasn't that nice.

Liked: The location is excellent; close to old town Kingston and walkable along the water trail. The bento box breakfast was a real treat and although I was a little concerned about the hotel when I first arrived (it's right downtown so sometimes there are undesirables around) the room was so quiet and I slept soundly. I had a lake view and my dog and I looked at the water. Yes, dogs are welcome here and I paid 15$ for her! A steal to have my friend with me.
