Hot Corner of San Juan

Liked: Nice rooms. Good view from balcony. Great location and easy to get to Old San Juan. Love that they give out water for free. It is much needed.
Disliked: The valet area is a dumpster fire. Totally mismanaged and blocks traffic both ways which is fun when you're trying to get picked up. Housekeeping was ok. Never threw away food from days prior unless you begged them. Room service and pool menu are small and a bit tired. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: I love the property. What I dislike is on arrival the front desk said she can give us a room since arrival is early only if we are ok with the numbers 666. I didn’t understand until she said most people don’t like that number because it the devil number. I don’t believe in stuff like that so we took the room. Worker come in our room without permission. Cleaning, rearranging the furniture, our clothes, going through our stuff without permission. I was so upset and made them give me another room. I was spooked out after that but made the best of it.

Disliked: Bathrooms need more hoka. A little expensive for the value.

Liked: Room with balcony was great. East side was a little noisy with truck beeping. Pool was really nice and views were great. Breakfast was good view was great a little pricey.………………………………………………………………….

Liked: Beautiful place, room very comfortable , bed and pillows superb! nice bathroom but the best of all was the service, people here make you feel like a queen!
Disliked: I feel the room need a bit of love, some fine tweakings, and the bathroom needs more lighting, there is no mirror to see yourself completely , didn’t like the smell on the Mexican restaurant

Liked: I enjoyed every single moment from the minute I checked in as well as when I checked out. The room was clean, amazing and friendly staff. Organized and near various restaurants.
Disliked: I only had one problem during my whole stay. Not that big just moths in the room, which had to change rooms, but they were very quick and understanding over the situation.

Liked: The staff is amazing! Warm and extremely helpful!
Disliked: This is an old hotel, so the room was not as impressive. It had an old hotel smell.
