You have to specifically request...

Liked: The location of the historic Inn is superb. The evening staff member was professional and understood the reason behind my disappointment in the hotel room which was assigned to me, which was nothing like my previous stay or from the information when I made the reservation.
Disliked: The hotel rooms which are not in the original Colonial Inn. They are grey, drab and poorly maintained.
