Great location, lovely spacious comfortable...

Liked: Great location, lovely spacious comfortable rooms, amazing views Loved the coffee / water refill station and lounge area on the 3rd floorStaff were very friendly I felt very safe and comfortable on my solo trip to New York, I would definitely stay again
Disliked: Only annoying part of trip was a malfunction of the fire alarm at 3am one night - no apology given from the staff the next morning or at checkout

Concorde review

Liked: Close to all the tourist attractions and subway stations.
Disliked: Shower door in king room didn't close properly shut.

Very good

Liked: This was my third stay at the Concorde and I really enjoy this hotel.
Disliked: The only downside is that at 10.15 in the evening when I arrived from JFK I was not able to get even any cold food despite the restaurant being still open. After 18 hours of traveling the last thing I wanted to do was go out in search of food. Luckily there are many options just a stone’s throw away!

Disliked: While we stayed there the fire alarm went off at 2:30 am we walked 30 flights . No one from the hotel communicated with us as to the situation it seemed we had to decide if it was time to return to the room . No apology no concern from the management if we were ok .My husband walked 30’flights post foot surgery with a boot . No one stepped up from the hotel to ask if they could help in any way .

Best Hotel Stay -NYC

Liked: The staff is amazing!!! We stayed there a total of 7 nights and we were always greeted with a smile and kindness. We fast became friends with , Sayed the doorman , Sebastian and our house keeper Margaret. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The restaurant has great food options and there is a bakery across the street from the hotel . The location is prime , close to all the attractions and shopping. It’s a very safe neighborhood and the views from all the rooms I imagine are amazing as our view was breathtaking. Also the most important of all was how clean the rooms were, very modern , clean furniture, clean crisp sheets, great for a family of four with very comfy pull out sofa, modern fixtures ….for someone who looks for cleanliness, I was very impressed. Will definitely be staying here again!
