There was no mention of the airport, but the private jets and the early AM helicopter were deafening!

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and fresh. Every time we exited our room, the housekeeping staff greeted us and made a pleasant comment. Very nice and friendly people. There was food left out in the hallway, however, for two days before it was taken away after someone ordered room service. It was not nice to have to walk past it. It should have been removed that day.

Liked: We had a restaurant manager working Sunday morning during breakfast named Victor. He was so attentive and gave us such a friendly experience, that I even left a written comment form for him at the front desk. Our waitress, on the other hand, forgot to bring items we ordered and was nowhere to be found for a coffee refill, etc. She seemed put out to be serving us.
Disliked: The front desk lady who checked me in was nice enough to let me know that the next evening a party was being held in the Atrium lobby and there would be music and dancing until 10:30. She said if it were a problem, they could always move me, but I said I would prefer to just have another location now to avoid moving. She seemed put out even though I thanked her for telling me.

Liked: Hotel had a wonderful looking indoor garden.
Disliked: Location of my room was at end of hotel near meeting rooms by the maid cleaning area. Wish it was one of the rooms overlooking the garden.

Exceptional

Liked: What breakfast? They offered us nothing in the way of food except very expensive gift shop food that was 8X more than any 7-11.
Disliked: My Wife and I were in the pool at about 9 AM by ourselves and we attacked by rats. Rather large rats hotel staff did nothing. they got close enough to get into my wife’s leggings that she was wearing inside the pool. We had a fight to get them off and fight to keep us safe. The whole deal last more than 11 minutes. We sustained a few bites scratches once I was able to get hotel staff, on my cell phone because no one heard our cries for help, I notify them what happened and they sent maintenance. I scooped the rats out of the pool after trying to drown them, then maintenance, and I took them Outside where the maintenance guy proceeded to stomp them over the head until they were dead. He stated this is a common current due to the fact that sewer lines run under the airport next-door and as always, rats and snakes are always around and pool. I asked to speak to a manager after this and they didn’t wanna do anything for me and I mentioned that we have this on film and he gave us one free night which we never ever got comfort for. We never received a free night we never received our deposit back we never received compensation for the days we didn’t continue to stay there. As of now we’re owed over $450 from them and it’s been three weeks with nothing.

Liked: The rule is very cold. The windows did not have screens in them which allowed bugs and a lot of air to come through.

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel and in a great area. There is a Sam’s Club next door and lots of restaurants. Room was nice and clean
