Liked: I had such a lovely short stay at Comwell Kellers Park. The spa facilities, the food, the room, and the staff were brilliant. I will definitely come back next year.

Disliked: Dinner service was very long, waiters simply forgot we were there. After serving other customers we observed them talking and going to other areas but not taking care of us when we wanted to place our orders. There’s also no standard room cleaning everyday.

Liked: Great location, great premises in a former asylum. Spacious room.
Disliked: Crowded on a weekend, and therefore no table for us at dinnertime. Overcrowded spa, which took out the relaxing element of the stay. Poor price quality ratio.

The location is so beautiful,...

Liked: Some great breakfast components, others not as good. Like egg & bacon in a little glass jar, not something we are used to. Lack of explanation of food sections, especially for non-Danish speakers.
Disliked: More English in written signs & any literature/explanations offered. You obviously do not get a lot of visitors from outside of Denmark.The staff were truly excellent, especially Tilde who cared for us so well. We had many questions and she was patient, listened well & went out of her way to ensure that all our needs were met.
