Disliked: Bathroom was bit tiny.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff

Liked: Location and quality of hotel. Staff were exceptionally good. Although I didn't know before, the theme was a really nice touch!
Disliked: Room was a little small and basic - but this was reflected well in the price.

Disliked: Poor breakfast not suitable for a 4 stars hotel. Could be much better.E.g. boiled eggs were disaster - fruits are so basic apple and orange. Breakfast buffet refill is so poor- and they collect eveything early.

Bad

Disliked: Last time in Comwell Anderson. We have to pay 120euros fee because our car was park a little on the white strips. I understand the rules but it wasn't write in the parking and anyone told us in the hotel last night about this. Never again.

Very central and ideal to...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, although the "individual" portions of scrambled eggs required me to make a couple of visits to the breakfast buffet (I am usually quite "generous" with my serving of eggs in the morning). The Hotel is the ideal location to visit the H.C. Andersen Museum (only a few hundred meters away).
Disliked: Unfortunately, the Hotel does not have a backdoor access to the parking place... If you arrive by car, be aware that you need to walk about 200m outside, with your luggage, between you car and the Hotel. Try dropping your luggage first and park afterwords, although I'm not sure if parking directly at the Hotel entrance is allowed. I couldn't find a proper place to do it.
