Good location and breakfast, big...

Liked: The room was big and comfortable. I appreciated the coffee/ tea machine in my room. The breakfast selection was great! No problem with special diets. Staff was friendly and helpful both at the reception and in the breakfast room.
Disliked: The breakfast room is very big and thus noisy. The lobby is nice, but two TVs and background music? Maybe that's one reason why so few people were seen working their. The corridors are sprayed with an insane amount of strong scent, it's disturbing in many senses and completely unnecessary. Reception staff is working hard but there was very often a long, slow line because there simply are not enough people behind the desk. The bathroom was a bit hastily cleaned (blood stain on shower wall, beard shaving in sink), but not dirty so all good. I hate to complain about cleaning as we all know the real problem: underpaid staff, too tight schedules, staff stretched too thin. Once again: Don't save on personnel, it pours straight down on clients!

Liked: In the middle of Odense city centre, surrounded by all the attractions and points of interest that can be covered by foot.Delicious breakfast and posh ambiance.

Very convenient and pleasant stay....

Liked: Breakfast was great. Location is very convenient. The room was very spacious, tidy, and clean. I like that a kettle, cups, and some tea were available.
Disliked: Occasionally some thumping noises were audible, perhaps from the hallway or the bathrooms, and not during the night.

A really nice place, although...

Liked: Great location and breakfast. Checkin was fast and checkout even faster.The area is very quiet, and major sights are just around the corner.
Disliked: Room was too small. Rooms are named by Andersen tales, but not themed really, would be a nice touch.
