Liked: I absolutely loved the view from my 11th floor room
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room, the couch was very dirty and worn. I don't think they clean the bathroom enough or at all because on top of the light fixture over the sink was empty packs of a product called hard honey which people use during or before sex, at first I though it may have been some type of air fresher packets until my daughter pulled it down. I'm glad it was her and not my Grandchildren.

Liked: I asked to be moved to upper room because we were on the 1st floor right by the pool.So therefore, we could never open the curtains to the room to enjoy the view because everybody was sitting outside by the pool We had no privacy

Liked: I love that the location was right near the ocean.
Disliked: I did not like that my room was not properly cleaned. We found a ring under the covers in one of the beds. We asked for fresh linens for the beds and received them 3 hours later after consistently having to call. We seen roaches in the room also.

Liked: Everything was great as always! Ocean front, heated pools, clean, what staff we talked to was very nice!
Disliked: We needed pillows and blanket set for the 3rd bed. It took over 5 hours, 4 calls to the front desk, 4 visits to the front desk, before we just got blankets! Drove for 7 hours, and didn't get to go to sleep til after 2 am and then get up early to check out. Didn't have pillows to sleep on. Used a rolled up blanket for pillows. The house keeping guy, not saying his name, we saw just hanging out ignoring his radio. He didn't care to do his job. I was furious!! But the front desk guy held us back some blankets he had down there for us to use.
