An Oasis in Medford

Liked: From the moment you walk in you feel like you are on vacation. Great, friendly staff, clean and fresh everywhere, and a very comfortable room.
Disliked: Nothing. It was great!

Liked: The property was nice and clean. Pretty decorations and comfortable bed. The breakfast bar was one of the better ones that we’ve eaten from (for a free breakfast).
Disliked: The food and drinks ordered in the restaurant/bar were subpar. The drinks were awful, and we tried several while we were there. Supposedly, they were “trying out a new oven” for their flatbread pizza. It was completely raw in the middle. We said something about it to the waitress, and she told us that. Did nothing to comp us for it not being cooked correctly. Wish it would’ve had a jacuzzi, but that was the fault of the designer.

Perfection. Planning a return next...

Liked: It felt like a vacation rather than just a place to stay. The food was great. The staff was wonderful. Cleanliness and comfort were exceptional.

Disappointing considering the rate paid.

Liked: My room was not attended to for the third night. No fresh towels and wash rags, no bottled water and bed was left unmade.
