Disliked: I am a female travelling solo. I was given a ground floor room next to the outside staircase from the second floor. No u bar or chain lock on the door. I did not feel safe

Liked: Nothing honestly. I mean the pillows were fine. The front desk staff were very friendly though.
Disliked: The place is gross and overpriced for what you get. The bathroom door can't close because the sinks in the way, the room was small and smelled of something weird. There are no lamps or plug ins near the bed. The room was understocked and to make coffee I had to move the coffee maker to a different spot to find an outlet. The TV had no remote and the phone has no way to call front desk so had to Google the number to call them. The a/c is a house floor model out the screen which smells badly of mold when it runs. Very small room compared to what's in the pictures. Floors are all uneven and huge gap under the door for bugs and stuff to get in. Iverall was gross and would not stay again.

Good location

Liked: I've stayed here a few times and it seems most of the rooms have been reno'd now which is nice. The staff is always friendly. Being next door to the best breakfast in town doesn't hurt.
Disliked: I appreciated that the parking lot is well lit but wish there were blackout curtains.

Liked: Very central overlooking the ocean. Happy pub in the main floor
Disliked: A lot of stairs

Comfy but bad signage and...

Liked: Clean room
Disliked: Sheets and beddings is uncomfortable a bit. There is also little ledges that aren’t marked. My family member fell and hurt her ankle to the point of we spent the rest of the day in the ER. not very good. If there’s a big step down that is 3-4” down there should be markings. This can be incredibly dangerous for kids!!

The building unit is old...

Liked: The Lady at the front desk, very helpful, setting up the tv that wasn't working and lend me a charging cable when I forgot mine.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was very loud.

Reasonable & location was good

Liked: Rooms were connected, location was good & price reasonable
Disliked: Pool was out of service, ice machine was broken & our room wasn’t the cleanest. Found an old coffee in our window sill behind the curtain
