Liked: The staff were super friendly
Disliked: The floor was dirty it had heaps of stains on it. The pillows were like pancakes and in the drawer in the bathroom there were razors with pubes on them it was utterly disgusting and the smell in the room was very smoky. The pictures do not match the room at all

Disliked: The room had a bad smell the carpet was disgusting there were dirty marks on the bed and bed sheets. I brought this to the attention of the girl at the front desk but it seems it fell in deaf ears as this wasn’t changed as we went out and returned late with no change. Very disappointed as when I booked this the pictures on the website didn’t Mach what we got.

Liked: Was a big bed clean room
Disliked: Had missing air-conditioning remotes, TV remote, broken door lock. Maintenance walked in our room without even knocking. As a couple having a night away you can imagine what we were doing. Not an apology or anything.
