Just five minutes' drive from both the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Race Track, this brightly decorated spot offers a super convenient home base for music lovers. You'll find clean, comfortable rooms with flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi, all at wallet-friendly rates.

Why Concert-goers love it

Concert fans choose Community Court Motel for its super close proximity to major venues — it's literally a five-minute drive to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. With free parking and a location along Broadway, grabbing a late-night bite or walking to post-show bars is easy. It’s a laid-back spot, so noise levels are low compared to busier downtown hotels, making it perfect for winding down after the encore.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking for an affordable, central crash pad
  • Solo travelers catching a dream concert
  • Couples making a relaxed weekend of it
  • Fans who want quiet after a loud, late night
  • Budget-conscious music lovers needing the basics near the action

Food and Drink Options

While there’s no restaurant on-site, the motel’s awesome Broadway location puts you within easy walking distance of plenty of casual eateries, late-night diners, and coffee shops. Guests also love the free BBQ facilities — perfect for a pre-show cookout. No 24/7 room service, but you’ll have plenty of nearby options even after the encore.

Nightlife Options

The motel sits close to downtown Saratoga’s buzzing nightlife. Whether you're after craft cocktails, live local bands, or a mellow pub to debrief the setlist, you're covered. Plus, the area is walkable and safe for those heading back from shows after dark.

What People Say

Reviews frequently mention the excellent location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Guests appreciate the free parking and say it’s a great value for concert-goers who just need a place to sleep and refresh. The vibe is chill and welcoming, with many noting they’d happily return for another show weekend.

Areas for Improvement

This is a no-frills motel, so don’t expect luxury extras like a gym or spa. Some guests mention the decor is a bit dated, and while the rooms are clean, they're definitely on the simple side. But for the price and location, most agree it’s worth it.

The Bottom Line

If you're catching a show in Saratoga Springs and want a comfy, budget-friendly place to crash nearby, Community Court Motel hits all the right notes.

Not good for a solo...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Did not get a correct entry code and felt stranded since I had to find a place to charge and get WiFi to reach help to get a new code. The place is being renovated but seems very abandoned and creepy.

Stay for the location, leave...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Location was really close to a lot of attractions, like the racing hall of fame and downtown.
Disliked: They put us in a king room, despite the booking listing 2 adults and being for 2 queen beds. The tried blaming the booking site, but this has never happened with any other place I have stayed while using booking.com. They had to clean a double queen room so we had to wait to access the room. This was after I emailed, called, and texted to get the attention of someone to the matter, an hour before check-in. The room was in rough shape, with the door jam looking like it had been broken into. There was goop on the bathroom sink. They gave us 2 towels for 2 nights for 2 adults. The room really lacked outlets, and for 2 adults charging even phones at night, it was a struggle. I don't think the price matched the value, at all, at $200 a night. We were there during Belmont Stakes Weekend, so I'm sure they were price gouging on account of the event. We tried texting (like the welcome email instructs) and reaching office staff the next morning for more towels, as we didn't expect there to be so little, with no response. I guess it's a great place if you're driving into town for a night short notice and don't mind never talking to a living person at the facility. I can't speak to the cost during off-times when there isn't a large event like the Belmont going on. I'd pay maybe $30-$40 a night to stay here. On the other hand, they did look like they were in the process of gutting the rooms across the way and renovating them, so maybe they're at least hoping to improve the aesthetic of the motel, if only customer service was brought up to those same standards.
