Disliked: Did not give damage deposit back automatically. No one at the front desk when checking out. They would HAVE KEPT the money if I hadn't discovered refund missing on Cr card statement. Had to phone MANY time to get the DD back!!

Liked: As we walked up it seemed great.
Disliked: When we got inside nobody was at the desk then it took 4 people who couldn’t find a booking binder to tell us they had given our room away to the bands they booked and didn’t have anything available leaving us stranded. They never called to tell me anything and I had the booking for 16 days pre paid before I arrived for my stay. Completely disappointed from a disorganized and not customer first staff.

Liked: absolutely nothing, checked in to the duty manager munching on a shawarma, no wifi or internet available, room stank of cigarrettes, sheets were stained. Decided not to stay the night and emailed the manager for a refund and I'm still waiting to hear back.
