It was a nice hotel...

Liked: It was a pretty property The staff where lovely
Disliked: The wait for our drinks was 20 minutes after ordering them Then waited ages for food And then waited for 30 minutes for the bill One off the staff said no problem and then did alot off other stuff a different staff member came over and asked what we wanted then had to wait again Wanted to get a spa treatment but it doesn’t say anywhere on the booking website that the facilities close at 4pm The room next to our was playing music really loud from the time we arrived till 12am I rang reception he said he’d ask them to turn it down it took 20 minutes for him to come up and then they still played it till about half 1 I rang again at 1 and no one came up to talk to them

Very good

Liked: The surroundings, the swimming pool and gym facilities. Paying attention to detail.
Disliked: Coffee machine in the room only made espresso. The spa facility (sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi) was not included and quite expensive.

Always meets my expectations

Liked: Always recommend this hotel , an easy online check-in large car park with an electric charger .great restaurant staff, they always remember you. A lovely, clean, large room with a couple of USB charging sockets . Never enough mind . Great selection at breakfast , great pouched eggs .
Disliked: Could do with more water. They give a bottle of still and a bottle of sparkling. However, this does not change with the number of guests

Liked: I would of liked some applications on the tv in the rooms such as Netflix as there wasn’t much entertainment available

Amazing hotel, staff and facilities

Liked: The hotel is immaculate, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food and service in the restaurants is 10/10. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, the golf facilities are also absolutely brilliant..
Disliked: Nothing not too like, this is the best hotel and facilities, with the most helpful and delightful staff on the island.
