It was a great stay,...

Liked: The reason for my stay was because I was having surgery at enhance medical. Parking that was suggested was 30 streets away, not ideal, however you can park on Tesco car park, pricey but it was on the next street and was ideal for us to pay due to surgery, the room was very clean, complimented with shampoos, lovely shower, fan, was happy.
Disliked: I did not like how the doors are constantly slammed by guests as I was on the bottom floor next to the main front door and staff room. The bangs made us jump

Liked: The rooms were very clean, sheets were changed every day and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very kind and made our stay as pleasant as it could be. I really recommend this place to everyone that is considering visiting London..

Disliked: I did not actually stay the night, because it was an extremely hot day and the room was on the 2nd floor and was extremely hot with no fan and the window could only open a small gap. So I left as it was too hot

Comfy beds, good location but...

Liked: Comfy beds and good location with access to 2 metro stations, close to Kew Gardens but not too far from central London either.
Disliked: Our room looked completely different to what was shown in the photos on this site - much more basic, however this did not bother us. Lights were dusty which affected us because of the need to use our fan during the heatwave and the shower/sink could use a update/fix. Clearly it has been used a lot and about time replaced as they no longer work efficiently. London residential buildings are old and therefore not built for people less-able as there are no lifts and it is difficult to climb narrow stairs with luggage. Also note there is no Aircon during a heatwave and although they provide a fan it is not very effective on higher floors where the heat rises and there are smaller windows.

A convenient and comfortable stay...

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, and helpful reception staff. Good location for nearby transport and plenty of food options.
Disliked: Room was a bit compact, but manageable for a short stay.
