comfortable stay

Liked: overall a decent hotel and it has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. breakfast would be nice but apart from that it was fine
Disliked: check in could be quicker and same building

Liked: We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely stay again was such a great location, so easy to get into London

Very good

A place to sleep but...

Liked: It did it’s job, it was a place to sleep, but thats where the ‘positives’ end.
Disliked: That really shouldn’t be advertised as a room for 4 adults, it was SUCH a squeeze. The bathroom was TINY, hardly any room to move. The water flow from the shower was awful, the ceiling above the shower was caving in.The room was absolutely, unhealthily boiling hot, the fan provided was just blowing hot air around.The fridge smelt awful and doesn’t have its own socket so couldn’t be left plugged in.They don’t provide a hand towel or a bath mat, despite the shower leaking out on the floor. The wifi didn’t reach our room and so none of us could connect.There was only 1 pillow each which wasn’t comfortable.

Good value for money.

Liked: The check in was friendly and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The noise from outside. On my last night I changed rooms the fridge was really noisy and had to turn it off.

Small room and small beds

Liked: We really appreciated the area where the property is located: quiet and pleasant, even though it’s a bit far from Hammersmith. However, it is well connected and easily accessible by public transport. A big plus was the staff – always kind, helpful, and attentive in meeting our requests.
Disliked: I didn’t like how limited the space was. The room had two small double beds (French beds), but the space was too tight to accommodate them comfortably. There was very little room to store our luggage or hang jackets and clothes. The shower only had a fixed overhead showerhead, so it wasn’t possible to shower without getting your hair wet. The room was on the first floor, with no elevator, and the staircase was very narrow – quite inconvenient as we had a stroller. Also, the floor was entirely covered with old carpet.I wouldn’t recommend it for families, but it could be suitable for solo travelers or couples with minimal space requirements.
