Liked: Location is great, no doubt about it! close to Hammersmith Tube & Bus Station.
Disliked: Our room is on the highest "ceiling-you must duck down/ cannot stand up evenly at the whole room", Bad WiFi reception (basicallysuck! mostly no Wifi connection), no AC which is extremely hot staying in July. Had to ask for extra Fan (got it on 2nd night) and had to complain about waterflow very weak sometimes totally shutdown (I have videos to proof). They finally fixed the water on the last night (the 5th night we stayed there).

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: They showed different picture but the room they gave us was totally different. There is no parking, they wrote we have parking online. No one picks up the call or reply's for your email and messages once you booked. Wvwn booking .com couldn'thelp us. Very bad value for money. Staff is very rude. They have no answer for your questions. I would highly not recommend this place. Please avoid this place if you you want to enjoy your holidays in London

Liked: Great Area, lots of restaurants and bars close by
Disliked: Smells of smoke, no ventilation in room tried to use fan that was supplied but it was so loud. Toilet seat was barely attached

Exceptional

Liked: from the service to the cleanliness and comfort—was excellent. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.
Disliked: Traveling with young kids, the bathroom with the overhead rainfall shower was a bit of a hassle. However, we didn’t mention this preference when booking. I would also suggest letting the staff know in advance if you prefer fewer stairs to climb when traveling with young children.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The fact that there was no clear direction on how to get to reception to be checked in and that the advertised telephone number wouldn't be answered for any help. If you are not from the area, how are you to know where you can get checked in? It would have been better to clearly state the address of where to check in which wasn't provided.

For a night it was...

Liked: The location, easy to find, comfortable bed, was very warm in the room but they did provide a fan. Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge but looked very old.
Disliked: There was a funny smell in the bathroom, nice powerful, warm shower but the head looked like a lot of limescale had built up so looked a bit unpleasant. it was advertised as with parking but to guarantee a space you have to book somewhere elsewhere and pay,very busy road, you would be lucky to get a space.
