Great stay

Liked: This hotel is in a great location with shops and transport close by. It was nice and clean with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.The receptionist Venu was very polite, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.
Disliked: We were on the top floor which had a lot of steps - we didn’t mind too much as we are young and fit but someone less able would struggle as there is no lift.The people staying in the room below were being loud on the night time - we could hear every word which was annoying.

Liked: It was clean, and friendly staff
Disliked: - only one pillow provided, which is not convenient. - it takes 1hr by bus to central london.

Comfortable clean and safe stay....

Liked: One of the best little gem in shepherd’s Bush stayed here often and it's always a good experience. Clean rooms, nice staff, and super easy to get around the city from here. Just works every time.
Disliked: Had a small issue with the room key not working initially but got sorted quickly by the staff

Comfortable as name says

Liked: The Property looks recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very cooperative. Very close to many attractions. I am a guy who loves shopping and there is west field shopping center nearby. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice location, clean and comfy,...

Liked: Good location, clean and comfortable
Disliked: Staff is quite not responsive when we need them, not the cleaning staff, they were great, the check in and admin stuff. First night there’s some issue with water pressure tried to call and message, no response, luckily issue resolved on its own. But again bit disappointed at staff.
