Close to Westfield Shepherds Bush...

Liked: Large room in the attic. Had a big fan to keep me cool.
Disliked: Bed wasn't the most comfortable i've slept in.

Liked: The property was in a good location, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room had stained sheets that appeared to be blood and dirty towels. The room was very dusty with used mugs and cutlery. It was not worth the money paid.

comfortable stay

Liked: - friendly staff.- was able to drop my bags off before check in time.- very affordable.
Disliked: - room was very small, had little space to walk around. - it says that check out time was 11am, and had a cleaner knock on the door at 9:30am asking what time i will be leaving.

For a short stay, the...

Liked: Although the room size was expected for London, I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities, especially a fan.
Disliked: I was informed by reception that continental breakfast was no longer available which was very disappointing especially when stated as being available on Booking.com, which I believed I had paid for & was one of the main reasons why I booked.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location and was suitable for my one night stay near Shepherds Bush. The room had a kettle, TV, fan & shower.
Disliked: Very cramped and the single bed feels too small for an average sized adult. The shower is difficult to get to a comfortable temperature. The kettle had limescale. The room was really hot.

Value for money

Liked: For the price we paid, the hotel was reasonably ok.
Disliked: These are a couple of houses taken on a street and converted into hotel. Room size was pretty cramped. Bathroom even more. Sits right on the street so traffic noise was quite audible.
