Disappointing

Liked: It was clean and the price was more than reasonable.
Disliked: Half pur mattress was broke. The springs kept digging into me.

Decent place to sleep

Liked: Good location, near to station in central London
Disliked: The shower stopped working after a while. It is very, very small. Not bad for one person but two people with multiple suitcases will struggle.

Liked: The location is really excellent, right between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush. The room was nice and clean and only the bathroom looked rundown. More spacious than we expected as well. There was a large fan in the room, and blackout blinds. Considering London prices, it's definitely decent value for money.
Disliked: We were on the very top floor and the water didn't work some of the time. Like, at all. No water from the tap for a while, then some water with poor pressure, then normal again. The double beds were really narrow. We asked for one extra sachet of milk, were told it would be brought up to us, but no one ever bothered to bring it.

Liked: The room had everything you’d need in a short hotel stay. Soap and shampoo was provided.
Disliked: One would have to climb over the bed in order to reach the fridge that didn’t open fully because the bed was in the way. The bathroom smelled musty. Suddenly our ceiling lamp started flickering and stopped working for a brief moment. Reading lamp did not work at all. The shower also started leaking water multiple times by itself. Our room was downstairs and the wifi there was a bit laggy.

Liked: its my favourite location in London and its not my first time staying at this hotel chain, however over the years they had some changes.
Disliked: i had late arrival and staff wasnt at the hotel, only left a note with a phone number, so beware if youre not able to call abroad there might be problems. room had no air conditioning so it was unbearable inside even at night. fan in the room was very dirty and dusty, so i couldnt use it. at booking page it was stated as hotel with breakfast but upon arrival i was told that they dont provide it. only one shower gel & soap given, so need to have your own necessities with you.

Good value if fairly basic...

Liked: Good shower. Convenient location. Excellent price.
Disliked: Window barely opened; fan was provided but was noisy and oversized for the small room. Only one towel, no bath mat. Could have been cleaner.
