A comfortable spot, perfect for...

Liked: Lovely, clean & comfortable space! Bed was very soft & allowed for a pleasant night's sleep. TV worked great. Staff were very kind, patient, welcoming & helpful! A 5-10 walk from Hammersmith centre & tube. Bus stop directly outside.
Disliked: The magnetic key card stopped working on one occasion, but was quickly & easily fixed down at reception. Can be a little noisy at certain hours, but isn't too bad from my experience.

Did the job but wouldn’t...

Liked: Good location for the area I wanted
Disliked: Room was very, very small. Could t walk around the bed, had to climb over it. Dust under bed. No air con, provided with a fan which was noisy. The extractor fan in the bathroom made noise all night. Not even central London and a very high price for such basic facilities

Comfortable stay. Disappointed with Breakfast

Liked: Beds wear comfortable, but could do with extra pillowsBathroom was great.
Disliked: When I book this hotel for my wife and child I did so with in mind that there would be breakfast, which is what I paid for. Unfortunately they were told that they don't do breakfast anymore and just haven't changed the website. Very disappointed as then had to pay extra for breakfast.

Liked: Price and location of hotel was good.
Disliked: The room was very compact! Stairway quite narrow and rooms very very close to each other. I didn't like the fact that our room door was already partially open when we got there.
