Good
Liked: its my favourite location in London and its not my first time staying at this hotel chain, however over the years they had some changes.
Disliked: i had late arrival and staff wasnt at the hotel, only left a note with a phone number, so beware if youre not able to call abroad there might be problems. room had no air conditioning so it was unbearable inside even at night. fan in the room was very dirty and dusty, so i couldnt use it. at booking page it was stated as hotel with breakfast but upon arrival i was told that they dont provide it. only one shower gel & soap given, so need to have your own necessities with you.

Liked: The room had everything you’d need in a short hotel stay. Soap and shampoo was provided.
Disliked: The bed was way too soft and only had a blanket for couples. One would have to climb over the bed in order to reach the fridge that didn’t open fully because the bed was in the way. The bathroom smelled a bit musty. Suddenly our ceiling lamp started flickering and stopped working for a brief moment. Reading lamp did not work at all. The shower also started leaking water multiple times by itself.

Good value if fairly basic...
Liked: Good shower. Convenient location. Excellent price.
Disliked: Window barely opened; fan was provided but was noisy and oversized for the small room. Only one towel, no bath mat. Could have been cleaner.

Liked: The Location
Disliked: Upon check-in one of the staff members tried to offer me a discount by telling me to cancel my booking and giving him cash (Which made my feel very uncomfortable) after the room was already paid for. I was given a single room and the bed was too small and I requested for a room change due to the nature I was too tall, I spoke to the employee and he said they are fully booked and he said would speak to his manager upon him speaking to his manager he said they now have a room if I give him £100 cash I said I will not be paying that due to the fact its beyond my control he tried to argue about it so I went to the room that was allocated to me for the duration of my stay. I later on received a call from the front desk to say if I pay £50 I can get a bigger room after he said he didn't have any room available I agreed to pay the next day (Tuesday 5th) The afternoon of the 5th employee proceeds to knock on my door twice requesting payment when a time wasn't specified then an additionally he proceeds to call me twice which I ignored and went up to the desk and spoke to him about the rude manner as to how he approached the situation at hand and he apologised.
