Disappointing

Liked: I was supposed to be teleworking during my 4-day stay in London, which was totally impossible as there is no wifi in the room at all.

Nice accomodation

Liked: Our second stay in this hotel and we were just as satisfied as last time. The location of the hotel is perfect, which is why we picked it again. Both check in and check out were once again really quick, the staff was very friendly as usual and our room was cleaned every day. This time we even had fridge directly in the room, which was really appreciated.
Disliked: As I mentioned last time, the beds are seriously too small, however this time we knew about this in advance, so it was not as annoying as during our first stay.

Hazmat suit required

Liked: The location was good for an event at the eventim appollo and the price for one night would be reasonable. The fridge in the room was also nice.
Disliked: The room was filthy and disgusting, seriously never stayed in such a dirty place. Blood on the bathroom door. Also the toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet. We was originally told we could check in at 2pm so planned our day around that. When we went to check in we was then told the room wouldn't be ready until after 3pm. The guy at reception was nice and polite though.It's a budget hotel I wasn't expecting greatness, I just wanted a bed for the night and I was happy with paying £70. But I still expect a certain level of cleanliness. But blood is a health hazard and made it feel more like a crack den I was staying in.

The guest in the room...

Disliked: We booked a quadruple room for 4 to stay. The pictures online show a room with two double beds next to eachother, when we got there we got a very small room in the attic. The property didn’t have any peep holes to look out the room. No breakfast or kitchen. No handwash provided. We requested for no one to come in to clean the room, and left a note on the door yet they still did.

Exceptional

You get what you pay...

Liked: - The property is really close to the 02 Hammersmith, and there’s a sainos nearby too- staff were very nice and friendly- despite being next to a main road, very little noise at night
Disliked: - the map lead me to another hotel in their chain, which when I tried to open the door it was locked. Looking through the windows it almost looked abandoned, there was a mattress randomly in the front yard- the building itself could do with a bit of a makeover, ripped carpets and peeling paint- the room was so cramped and it was hard to walk past one of the twin beds to get to the other- the shower door was jammed and difficult to open- the kettle was in desperate need of a clean so I didn’t have any of the complimentary tea- there was no one to let me check out, and the door to reception was locked, so ended up just leaving my card key on a window ledge
