Liked: Once I got into a proper room, it was nice & clean.
Disliked: The front desk had lots of problems with the rooms supposedly ready & they weren’t. I ended up with the 3rd room they gave me. I was not the only guest with this problem. I know of two others that also had problems. No manager on site. The girls were doing their best to resolve, but it was a bit of a mess. As for me, going to my first room with my luggage, it had not been serviced from the last guests! I had to go back down , with luggage to the desk. They gave me another room. I went back up. That room, the refrigerator was not operating. I went back down . The offered to make a note of that. I told them I wanted a room with a working fridge. They gave me a third room. It was nice & everything worked. Except the deadbolt didn’t fit into its slot. The room was an adjoining room & large gap under the door. You could hear everything unless you turned music or tv up loudly. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times before & not had any issues. Probably different management now. Elevators dirty and I didn’t go to the pool area as I didn’t want to be more dissatisfied. Also, I know I’m older, but front desk employees should dress and conduct themselves as professionals.
